The President of the University of Puerto Rico, Dr. Uroyoan Walker Ramos, received the delegation of UPRAA, headed by its president, Leonardo San Roman, and Vice President, Álida T. Rodriguez, and the students awarded with distinction. The scholarship recipients were selected by UPRAA’s Scholarship Committee based on a set of evaluation criteria including academic performance, letters of recommendation and personal statements.
