In Puerto Rico, I labored as a research statistician for the Universidad Central del Caribe, School of Medicine where I worked as a research statistician for a clinical research center and as an instructor of the Internal Medicine Department in the Ramon Ruiz Arnau Regional Hospital from 1996 to 1999.
