TD Bank - TD Bank offers the TD Bank Affinity Program to UPRAA as an additional way for UPRAA to raise funds. UPRAA members and friends (“Members”) that open deposit accounts with TD Bank should inform the Bank Officer that they want to include their accounts in the UPRAA Affinity Program Code A1366.
UPRAA members and friends who already maintain deposit accounts with TD Bank must designate their accounts for inclusion in the Program by calling telephone 1-888-751-9000 or by stopping at any local branch to request that their accounts be included in the UPRAA Affinity Program Code A1366. Types of deposit accounts eligible for inclusion in the Program are:
• Checking Accounts;
• Savings Accounts;
• Money Market Accounts;
• Certificates of Deposit; and
• Retirement Accounts.
Based on the level of participation by UPRAA members and friends, UPRAA receives an annual cash contribution from TD Bank. The amount of the annual contribution is calculated based the average monthly balance maintained in TD Bank deposit accounts by UPRAA members and friends during the year, as follows:
• Checking Deposits: 0.50 (1/2) of 1% contribution, based upon the average monthly balances of all participants for one (1) year (excluding Business Analysis and Capital accounts)
• Savings or CD Deposits: 0.25 (1/4) of 1% contribution, based upon the average monthly balances of all participants for one (1) year (excluding Escrow, Trust and IOLTA accounts)
• TD Bank guarantees annual minimum contributions of: o $500 for organizations of 500 or more members with at least 50 members or 10% of membership base participating in the Program; or o $2,500 for organizations of 1,500 or more members with at least 150 members or 10% of membership base participating in the Program.
Accounts newly opened by UPRAA members and friends, and existing accounts designated for inclusion in the Program are governed by all the terms and conditions of the deposit account agreements signed with TD Bank at the time the accounts are opened, as well as applicable state and federal law. Information regarding accounts included in the Program is kept strictly confidential.
Your participation in the TD Bank and UPRAA Affinity Program will make a significant contribution to ensure UPRAA continues to meet and excel.
