Develop and manage national educational and information technology programs implemented nationally by the Aspira Association and partners. Develop funding strategies to implement national educational initiatives. Provide support to the President in the conceptualization, development and implementation of strategic and implementation plans for the National Office and the ASPIRA Association. Provide technical assistance to the Associate offices in areas of program management, organizational development, fund raising and technology. Supervise the national office publications department. Oversee the incorporation of information technology into the administrative and program functions of ASPIRA.

1995 - 1997       Associate Dean, Instructional Resources Division; Miami Dade Community College, Wolfson Campus, Miami, Florida.  Responsible for the campus Academic and Administrative/Academic Network Department, campus computer labs, Staff and Training Technology Training Program, Test Bank and Electronic Grade Book Services, Audiovisual Resources Services, Instructional Methods Development Center, and the Audio Visual Services Engineering Operations Department. 1994 - 1995

Liaison officer between the Coastal Zone Management Office of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the Department of Natural Resources.

Prepare policy position papers as requested by the Secretary.  Revise and comment on legislation.

Graduate and undergraduate student research advisor, quality control officer for the Magnetic Separation Program, develop and implement the research program in Tropical Lakes Study Program in cooperation with EPA and the PR. Environmental Quality Board of the Commonwealth Government.  Grant proposal peer reviewer.  Research work in biomass energy conversion.
