Originally from San Juan, Puerto Rico, Antonio is currently a Budget Analyst for the Department of Labor’s HQ Budget Office.
Before he came to the Department of Labor, Antonio worked for the Executive Office of the President, Office of Management of Budget where he worked for the Budget Review Division and the Justice Branch. Antonio also worked for NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in the Satellite Servicing Projects Division. During his time at NASA, he also had the opportunity to do a one-month detail for the NASA HQ Science Mission Directorate and received the Mentoring Award for his efforts in the Division’s internship program. Antonio obtained his Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus in Public Private Partnerships from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Antonio received the Leadership Award from the Business School for his efforts as President of the Student Council. Additionally, Antonio is the Fundraising Chair for Young Ambassador’s Alumni Advisory Group of the Smithsonian Latino Center.
